Young author and sociologist \u00c9douard Louis (1992) was born as Eddy Bellegueule. He \u00c9douard Louis was born and raised in the north of France, which is the background of In 2016 his second novel, Histoire de la violence<\/em> (History of Violence), was published, an His new novel, Combats et m\u00e9tamorphoses d\u2019une femme<\/em>, was released on June 17. Louis In 2020 theatre director Ivo van Hove presented an adaptation to the stage of the work,
\nmade his debut with his bestseller En finir avec Eddy Bellegueule<\/em> (The End of Eddy), for
\nwhich he received the Prix Pierre Gu\u00e9nin, among other prizes.<\/p>\n
\nhis first novel En finir avec Eddy Bellegueule<\/em>. Louis grew up in a poor family: his father, a
\nfactory worker, was unemployed, and his mother occasionally worked in geriatric care.
\nThe family was supported by government welfare. The poverty, discrimination and
\nalcoholism was confronted with during his childhood would become prevalent subjects
